Terrible quality product! You worked fine the first few months... i paid so much for mine too! What a dissapointment. Connection constantly goes in and out... i installed a router RIGHT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOORBELL WALL! I am not the only one om this front... trusting in skybell i purchased one for family members as well. Sensor also NEVER DETECTS ANYTHING! When i contacted CS you told me to kick rocks. I was actually told there was nothing you could do, to look towards other products! 🤨
Just purchased a Brand new skybell the doorbell won't stop blinking red ..I went out and purchased a new transformer with a higher rating and still no luck
Started out great 3 years ago but now I don't get am image at all when I go live. It is just dark.
No live stream outta nowhere
The videos are out of order and displayed with meaningless words "4 days ago". Videos from several days ago are displayed under yesterday title and all the videos from today are in 3 different sections? Is there no quality control ? If you can't get simple stuff working how can we trust our data is safe? To the skybell guy: your response confirms skybells incompetence. T in GMT literally is Time... time is chronological. If gmt was the issue the videos would still be sorted not shuffled
Totally and permanantly disabled veteran. Needed this to help me tell visitors I'm on my way. Ordered hardware then installed this app. After reading all the comments, I just canceled the order and will uninstall this app. I'd end up committing suicide by the time this was setup as far as I can tell by the reviews. I am screwed now...
I would give this 0 stars if I could. I could not get my phone connected to the doorbell on two phones. The only one that worked was an older phone.
Never works good forbid anything happens. Its always offline
